Join our HR Team this September.
As an HR Intern, you will primarily support the Learning & Development area, ensuring the smooth coordination, administration, and follow-up of training and onboarding activities. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, and Labour Administration, gaining a 360º understanding of Human Resources.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience in Training & Development while contributing to broader HR initiatives within an international and dynamic environment.

Your passion – our daily business
- You will support the coordination and administration of onboarding and training activities.
- You will monitor employee onboarding plans and training records through internal learning platforms.
- You will coordinate training sessions, including participant management, logistics, communication, room bookings, and follow-up activities.




- You will support the administration of internal and external training programs, including supplier coordination and documentation management.
- You will assist in tracking training KPIs, documentation, surveys, feedback collection, and reporting.
- You will support training-related processes linked to compliance, mandatory learning programs, and funding requirements.
- You will collaborate in Learning & Development projects and employee growth initiatives.
- You will provide administrative support across different HR areas, including Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, Employer Branding, and Labour Administration, depending on business needs.
- You will interact with different stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective follow-up and coordination of HR activities.
