The Role:

Figure out what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert — then turn that into a constant flow of high-performing ads and concepts.
You wont be working alone. Youll lead a team of video editors and creators who will execute and scale the creative vision you define. You won't be doing the video editing yourself

Develop creative concepts and ad angles for paid social that drive acquisition performance
