As part of the TDIHS - Server OS team, you will be involved in all steps of the Windows OS lifecycle aiming at providing efficient, automated, up-to-date Windows server solutions to our application colleagues. Your challenges:* Monitor the performance of our externalized run supplier,



in conjunction with contract management (SLAs follow-up, invoices control, security patching level, problem management, ...)* Identify and lead the implementation of corrective actions in case of a supplier performance gap* Support the definition of our Windows server standards and technical designs to meet our customer needs while targeting his highest possible value for money* Implement in the Spanish environment the latest Windows standards and designs defined at our team level* Support our customers in the integration of our Windows solution during their application design and roll-out phaseYour profile:* Professional experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Windows server system engineer or similar role* Technical expertise: Windows OS, WSUS / MECM, KMS, Active Directory, VMware* Basic Networking - LAN / WAN, TCP/IP* Virtualisation and clustering* Scripting: Powershell
