Hundreds of thousands of lenders and financial institutions across Europe are still running collections and customer support through labor-intensive call centers doing manual, repetitive work.

What you'll doAs an Account Executive, you will spearhead voice AI transformation in the financial services industry in Spain (and later in other countries).



You will own the whole sales process - from first outreach to signed contract - bringing our AI voice agents to lending companies, banks, and debt collection businesses looking to modernize their collections and customer support operations.
You will:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales process in Spain (and other countries), from prospecting through to close
- Identify and engage decision-makers at lending companies, banks, and debt collection agencies
- Run consultative sales conversations and product demos, tailoring the pitch to each prospect's collections and customer experience challenges
- Build, manage, and accurately forecast your pipeline in our CRM
- Work closely with product, legal, and delivery teams to structure pilots and close agreements
- Represent ChaseIt in the Spanish market and help build our brand and network in the region
- Feed market and prospect insights back into our product and go-to-market strategy
