In this role you will drive in-market companion diagnostics strategies for oncology, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into high-quality testing solutions. You enable precision medicine across patient pathways by shaping national strategies for biomarkers and tumor types, and by building training and guidance for field execution. You will engage with key decision-makers to advance diagnostic initiatives, balancing science, market dynamics, and operational realities. This is a chance to influence how diagnostics support optimal treatment at scale within a global pharma context.

Responsabilidades
• Scientific background with lab experience
• Strong knowledge of lab organization and Dx ecosystem
• Project management, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• PhD in related fields (preferred)
• Experience in building or shaping diagnostic strategies
• Ability to engage with decision-makers and influencers
