The Role:

We are looking for a FP&A; Analyst who is not only experienced but also passionate about financial analysis, with high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Factorial continues to scale, this role will play a critical part in shaping our financial strategy, supporting business decisions, and improving processes.

The idóneo candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where finance a key Partner all over the company. We expect the FP&A; Analyst to help us in driving the change, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance business and financial strategies.

The candidate's main tasks will include:




- Building financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
- Preparing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
- Assisting in the creation of financial presentations for senior management.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and planning tools.

Requirements:
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Experience working with fast-growing tech companies or in high-growth environments is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
