In this role you drive growth and commercialization of Medtronic's Digital Health portfolio in Western Europe, focusing on Corsano and connected care. You translate strategy into go-to-market plans, shape customer-centric value propositions, and lead regional initiatives with global marketing. You’ll build partnerships with healthcare leaders to advance connected care and digital transformation. This position blends strategy, innovation, and commercialization to influence regional and global directions while delivering measurable patient and operational impact.

• Develop and execute the Western Europe Digital Health strategy aligned with business objectives
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive growth across the Digital Health portfolio
• Craft compelling customer value propositions and market development strategies to accelerate adoption across care settings




• Lead commercialization, launch, and go-to-market initiatives for Digital Health solutions in Western Europe
• Build strategic relationships with healthcare executives, innovation leaders, KOLs, and institutions to advance connected care
• Collaborate with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams to inform portfolio strategy and product evolution
• Support country teams with strategic direction, customer insights, messaging, and execution excellence

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic marketing, business strategy, market development, or commercial leadership within healthcare, MedTech, digital health, or related industries
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, connected care, remote patient monitoring, and digital transformation
