As a Software Engineer at King, you will build scalable backend services and platforms used across multiple games, focusing on reliability and long-term maintainability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design architectures, APIs, and data flows that power player support experiences. You’ll explore diverse technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, and contribute to shared platforms and developer tooling. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping systems that support millions of players and a culture of continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Design, build, and maintain software used across multiple King games and services
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, event-driven systems, and reusable platform components
• Design integrations and data flows across Player Support, game, and internal platform systems
• Own features from design to testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support




• Improve scalability, resilience, observability, and maintainability of existing systems
• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to architecture, technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering standards
• Improve software quality through automation, testing, and continuous delivery
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities into player support products, workflows, and internal tools
• Share knowledge and help grow the engineering culture within the team

Responsabilidades
• Professional software development experience, ideally with Java or another backend language
• Designing and building scalable backend services and APIs
• Distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures
