In this role, you will support the DA Processing area for Continental Europe, focusing on data mapping, bordereaux management, and financial controls with MGA/TPA partners. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, timely bordereaux processing, and assist regulatory and audit processes. The role sits within a collaborative environment across Barcelona or Madrid and offers exposure to risk management and operational excellence. You will enable accurate premium allocation and strengthen data-driven oversight of delegated authorities.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Ensure timely uploads to Bordereaux Management system and investigate data discrepancies
• Review data quality reports and ensure bordereaux accuracy; resolve mapping errors
• Track receipt and processing of premium/cash bordereaux; coordinate with brokers for overdue/missing bordereaux




• Assist in ensuring service providers meet Minimum Bordereaux Mapping standards
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on bordereaux data queries and mappings
• Assist in premium allocation with Credit Control/Financial Operations
• Produce portfolio reports on missing/overdue bordereaux and processing status
• Support regulatory and financial audit processes including JSox controls

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years in a similar role with bordereaux processing experience
• College graduate qualification
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good oral and written communication; xqbhyrx disciplined and organized
• English mandatory; additional CE language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
