About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing & Supply Chain Assistant to support our Purchasing team with the daily execution of purchasing and supply chain activities. You will help ensure purchase orders, supplier communication, inventory records, and inbound deliveries are managed accurately while working closely with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and suppliers.
What You'll Do
- Support purchasers with day-to-day purchasing and administrative tasks.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, order confirmations, delivery dates, and shipments.
- Monitor open purchase orders and keep purchasing information up to date.
- Assist with replenishment planning and purchasing activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Verify incoming deliveries and help resolve discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse teams.
- Support the three-way matching process (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Supplier Invoice).
- Maintain accurate product, supplier, and purchasing data in NetSuite and other ERP systems.
- Help improve purchasing and supply chain processes through accurate administration and operational support.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Administration, or a similar support role
- .Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
- .Strong organizational and administrative skills
- .Excellent attention to detail
- .Good communication and problem-solving skills
- . xqbhyrx Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
