- Develop the strategic direction, roadmap and product backlog for CRM Marketing platforms and products.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business objectives and customer needs.




- Translate commercial priorities and CRM strategy into actionable product initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency and revenue generation.
- Develop business cases and value assessments for new product capabilities and platform enhancements.
