In this role you will lead the regional Converter Market strategy, guiding a high-performing team to drive sustainable, profitable growth. You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing and Portfolio functions to deliver integrated customer solutions and expand the 3M portfolio. You will accelerate new product adoption and use digital tools to boost productivity and engagement. This position offers influence across regional markets with a strong impact on growth and strategic value for converter partnerships.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in sales, business development or strategic account management with leadership experience
• Proven success leading commercial teams and developing sales organizations
• Understanding of converter markets, specification-driven selling and complex B2B value xqbhyrx chains
