Main responsibilities:
- Ensure Production Planning processes at Site level for all product families.
- Review and scale up all requirements related to Production Planning processes defined in the core model: from assessment to final proposal and implementation,



allocation to the releases of system upgrades and all following phases managing to their adoption.
- Guarantee business requirements are covered and consistent between all streams for any new business need or E2E Project according to the Production Plan processes.
- Proactively improve and support all Upstream business processes for End to End Planning.
- Contribute to the implementation of the change management needed to support new processes and tools within Production Planning Process. Support buy-in of new processes and ways of working from business representatives.
- Create strong partnership with neighbouring functions, mainly with SMS, Quality, Manufacturing and Downstream colleagues.
- Participate & animate a Multi Site Planning (MSP) Community of experts and key users representing all regions and business units of Sanofi.
- Deploy processes and solutions that meets the requirements of GBUs and Global Supply Chain Functions
