We're looking for a strategic leader to manage and develop our hotel portfolio, (own hotels, JB hotels and important 3rd party hotels) with a special focus on TUI Group's hotel assets and optimising their distribution across our sales channels. You'll play a key role in consolidating our product strategy whilst maximising the competitiveness, availability and profitability of our owned, participated and associated hotels.

- ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll lead the contracting and commercial management of TUI Group's owned hotels and those participated through Joint Ventures, negotiating preferential conditions and exclusive competitive advantages.
- Maintaining continuous relationships with different hotel divisions and chains belonging to TUI Group will be key, as you identify growth opportunities and optimise our hotel portfolio.
- You'll guarantee the availability and competitiveness of our strategic hotel portfolio across all sales channels, complementing the offer through selective contracting of third-party hotels.
