Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment,



they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing
- Providing oversight on compliance obligations for cryptoasset products and related controls
- Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping
- Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
- Reviewing 1LoD compliance approvals for cryptoasset products, and providing appropriate feedback
- Ensuring a robust, company-wide cryptoasset training and competency programme
- Providing 2LoD oversight on cryptoasset complaints, diving into root-cause analyses to drive better customer outcomes
- Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies
