- About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and approachable Supervisor/Monitor to support our Secondary and Bachillerato students throughout the school day. This is a hands-on pastoral role,
ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with teenagers and thrives in a varied, fast-paced school environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students during playground and break times.
- Supervise the dining hall during lunch service.
- Cover classes for short periods in the temporary absence of teaching staff, maintaining a calm and orderly environment.
- Provide general support to the pastoral and academic team wherever needed.
- What We're Looking For
- Fluent (bilingual) in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- A genuine enjoyment of working with adolescents and young people.
- A strong team player with a adaptable, can-do attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and confident managing groups of students independently.
- Previous experience in a school or youth-related setting is an advantage but not essential.
