You will shape how we attract, develop, mobilize and grow talent while enabling transformation, strengthening leadership effectiveness,

This role combines strategic influence, transformation leadership and execution excellence in an international environment.

We are looking for an ambitious, globally minded leader with the ability to turn people's strategy into measurable business outcomes.

This position can be filled remotely from anywhere within Europe. While day-to-day work can be performed remotely, regular presence at our headquarters in Osnabrück, Germany, is expected.
