Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a V.I.E Primary Markets Analyst to join the Primary Markets team. The position will be based in Madrid, and will start in October 2026.

You will primarily be responsible for:
- Analysing market trends and conducting research on equity and debt capital markets across Europe
- Performing competitive benchmarking and drafting updates for senior management
- Creating actionable business intelligence to support sales teams in multiple countries
- Contributing to the team’s research capacities by developing content and know-how on specific sectors and topics
- Supporting the launch and development of new services and initiatives for listed companies
- Participating in the design and execution of the IPOready programme, preparing private companies for public listing
- Assisting the Business Development team with strategic projects to deliver on the Primary Markets business unit’s ambitions

Your profile:
- Recent graduate from a university, business or engineering school,



with initial experience in finance or consulting
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (Excel and PowerPoint required; FactSet, Refinitiv or Bloomberg are a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of equity and debt capital markets principles and practices
- Proactive, able to work independently on multiple projects, and comfortable in international and virtual teams
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus
