Purpose of job

Key job responsibilities
- Design and own the global BMS Service Team short and long-term strategies, setting a vision, roles and responsibilities and clear goals for the team.
- Recruit, build, inspire and motivate the team that can work towards common goals.
- Collaborate closely with WWRE, D&C;, Sustainability, RME and other stakeholders to comprehend customer requirements, business objectives, and operational needs.
- Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications and processes which are scalable across the globe.
- Implement and manage a robust change management process.
