Role Overview
Data Input Team is one of the most impactful teams inside Operation in Circana focusing on item classification. This role requires meticulous planning, proactive communication, and the timely execution of all item coding and placement tasks, consistently meeting the quality standards defined by our SLAs.
Success in this position depends on demonstrating strong planning and execution skills, a systems-thinking mindset, and excellent problem-solving capabilities driving high quality and high efficiency for our clients (Internal and externals)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all item coding and placement activities with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed quality standards as defined by internal SLAs to achieve company, department, team and personal objectives.
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with relevant stakeholders throughout the production process
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues using a structured, problem-solving approach
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
- To participate in projects to implement new products, services and processes.
- Act as the SPOC for other business functions providing input to client proposals & meetings as appropriate
Measures of success
- Consistent achievement of SLA targets for timeliness and quality
- High accuracy rates in item coding and placement outputs
- Reduction in rework, errors, and escalations
- Effective prioritization and delivery of tasks and projects within deadlines
- Positive feedback from internal and externa
