We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist (M/F/d) Central Europe & Benelux to strengthen our team.

In this diverse and customer-focused role, you will be the key connection between our customers, internal departments, and sales teams. By combining customer service, asset management, and sales support, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, strong customer relationships, and an excellent customer experience across the Central Europe and Benelux region.

This position is based in Madrid (Spain).

Your Responsibilities

Customer Service & Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers across the Central Europe & Benelux region.




- Deliver an excellent customer experience through professional and solution-oriented support.
- Support the onboarding of new customers and help build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain customer master data and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate customer stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to maintain efficient communication and collaboration.
- Support the resolution of customer quality issues together with relevant stakeholders.

Asset Management
- Monitor the movement and availability of Tosca's reusable assets.
- Analyze inventory developments and identify potential discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure optimal asset availability.
