Responsabilidades:
The company is seeking an experienced Project Finance Associate to support the structuring, execution, and management of financing

The role requires strong financial modelling skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across several European jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the structuring, negotiation,



and execution of debt financing transactions for renewable energy projects, from mandate to financial close
- Develop and maintain financial models, perform debt sizing, valuation analyses, and assess project bankability. Experience with BESS highly valuable.
- Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial advisors, coordinating financing processes and negotiations.
- Prepare financing materials, investment memoranda, management presentations, and decision-making analyses.
- Coordinate legal, technical, tax, insurance, and environmental due diligence workstreams.
- Support acquisitions, divestments, refinancing transactions, and strategic corporate finance initiatives.
- Review and negotiate financing documentation, including facility agreements, security packages, and hedging arrangements.
- Monitor financing covenants, reporting obligations, and portfolio performance post-closing.
