Your role

As a Hostess/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and memorable first impression. You will manage reservations, welcome guests, and ensure a smooth flow of service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Your role is essential in creating a seamless and personalized guest experience from the moment guests arrive.

What you will do:
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists
- Escort guests to their tables and provide information about the venue
- Coordinate with the restaurant and service teams to optimize table allocation
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally




- Ensure reservation systems are updated and accurate
- Maintain an organized reception and host stand area
- Assist in maximizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Support special events and guest experience initiatives when required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or similar guest-facing role is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using reservation management systems is a plus
- Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
- Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
