Required skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, human computer interaction, interface or interaction design
Expert knowhow on digital content (online readability, conciseness, graphical elements, SEO, WCAG)
Expert understanding of user centricity, target groups,
user scenarios, user dialogues
High analytical skills to model user and information flows improving digital sales experience
Advanced in prototyping and related tools; good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design and working in CMS with templates is a plus
Experience in digital sales, marketing, IT, and/or relevant aviation fields is an advantage
Comfortable and competent to align user centered thinking in an agile working environment
Versátil to work on different digital B2C initiatives in a team and independently
Frustration tolerant, constructive and searching for ways to move forward
Very good communication skills towards cross functional teams and stakeholders
Fluent in English. German is a plus
