We're looking for an experienced B2B Collections Specialist to join our team and take ownership of managing and recovering outstanding business-to-business accounts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial collections, account management, and recovering overdue balances from business customers.
You'll work directly with business clients to follow up on overdue invoices, resolve payment issues and disputes, negotiate payment arrangements, and drive timely account resolution. This role may support international or US domestic account portfolios, requiring strong collections knowledge,



sound judgment, professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize delinquent accounts.
Candidates should be comfortable handling collection conversations, resolving account issues, maintaining accurate account records, and working toward established collection and performance targets.
What You'll Do:
- Manage assigned B2B accounts, keeping records of payments, account status, follow-ups, and communications up to date
- Contact business customers regarding past-due invoices through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Conduct payment follow-ups and take appropriate action to support timely account resolution
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and account disputes
- Negotiate payment arrangements and solutions based on account circumstances and client requirements
