About the team
Our Partners team opens doors to new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we’d love to have you on board.
What you'll do
- Create and implement strategies and initiatives to maximize lead generation and business opportunities through strategic Partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, monitoring their performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Support Partners in their activities, providing guidance and collaborating to maximize performance and generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate activities across the Partner Sales team, ensuring alignment and collaboration among the different teams involved.
- Travel an average of two weeks per month to strengthen Partner relationships,



develop new opportunities, and support their growth.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities, proposing practical solutions to improve collaboration and Partner performance.
- Independently manage Partner relationships and opportunities, developing new initiatives that contribute to business growth.

What are we looking for
- Native Italian speaker with at least a B2 level of English.
- Previous experience in Sales or Consulting.
- Strong technological skills and a genuine passion for digital innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when engaging with Partner and Client stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage relationships and opportunities from end to end.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving processes and performance.
