Responsibilities
- Representing the company to the customers in all sales-oriented activities.
- Focus on acquiring new customers, growing our wallet-share as well as retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers. These activities include quotations generation as well as all administrative tasks related to our internal systems.
- Selling company instruments portfolio to end-user users in assigned territories, through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities (phone, web chat, e-mail). Sales activities require technical knowledge of products and applications.
- You will act independently but will also support a Field Sales team.



Accountable to achieve team and individual sales quota.
- For this position you will cover the Spanish market.

Qualifications
- University Degree within Chemistry (ideally analytical chemistry). Alternatively, Biological/Life Sciences Degree.
- First experience in/ knowledge of analytical techniques such as Chromatography (LC, GC, HPLC etc...) and /or Spectroscopy in a similar position or as an end user.
- Experience in Sales is a plus.
- Full proficiency in Spanish , but also a good level of English (written and oral).
- Efficient communication skills: verbal, written and listening.
- Excellent time-management skills as well as being able to work under pressure.
- Cooperative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to understand customer requirements and balance customer expectations with Agilent's business needs.
