As a Converter Market Sales Leader for South Europe Region & Emerging Market , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
- Leading the regional Converter Market strategy by defining and executing commercial priorities that accelerate sustainable and profitable growth.
- Managing and developing a high-performing team of Converter Market Specialists through coaching, performance management, and capability building.
- Driving profitable growth through strategic converter partnerships, customer-centric sales execution, and long-term business planning.




- Accelerating customer growth by increasing adoption of New Product Introductions and expanding the 3M portfolio across target markets.
- Leveraging 3M AI tools and digital capabilities to improve team productivity, sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and growth outcomes.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, Applications Engineering, Design Solutions, and partnering divisions to deliver integrated customer solutions and execute strategic initiatives.
- Developing commercial strategies that strengthen core business segments while accelerating growth in 3M-defined High Growth Segments.
- Building strong executive relationships with converter partners and key stakeholders to identify new opportunities and create long-term strategic value.
- Promoting a culture of commercial excellence, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while developing future sales talent.
