The Operations unit strengthens Kemira’s operational backbone byoptimizingsupply chain performance and driving cost efficiency. The unit supports business growth across all segments, enabling business units to focus on delivering their commercial strategies. The Manufacturing organization in the Operations unit ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable production of chemical solutions that meet customer needs across industries. The unitis responsible foroperational excellence, continuous improvement, andmaintaininghigh standardsin Environment, Health, Safety,



and Quality. Manufacturing plays a key role in driving performance, innovation, and collaboration across general sites.
This position is located on-site in Estella-Lizarre, Navarra, Spain.
In this role you willbe responsible for:
Leading and coordinating engineering and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations
Managing and developing the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Leading or supporting technical projects, hazard analyses, and incident investigations
Planning and executing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including shutdowns, to minimize downtime
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and Kemira EHSQ standards
Overseeing spare parts, site stores, and contractor services for availability and cost efficiency
