The Global Senior Reward Analyst / Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and governance of the Global Rewards framework across the organisation. The role delivers compensation programmes,



reward analytics, job architecture, market benchmarking, and pay governance activities to ensure fair, competitive, and consistent reward practices. By providing expert analytical insights and partnering with People & Culture and business stakeholders, the role enables data-driven reward decisions that support organisational growth and an engaging employee value proposition.
- Perform pay equity, gender pay gap, and other reward governance analyses, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions where appropriate with particular focus on EU Pay Transparency compliance.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including bonus planning, promotions, and salary adjustments, ensuring accurate analysis and governance.
