Your role
As aPLM Support Engineer, you will provide Level 2 support for complex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environments based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business‑critical engineering applications.
Working closely with users, support teams, and engineering specialists, you will troubleshoot functional and technical issues, support operational activities, and contribute to service excellence across the PLM landscape.
In this role, you will:




- Provide Level 2 support for3DEXPERIENCE applications, including incident investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation when required
- Verify user‑reported issues, reproduce defects, validate technical behaviours, and coordinate with Level 3 support teams
- Manage incidents and service requests using enterprise ticketing tools while ensuring proper prioritization and follow‑up
- Collaborate with users, infrastructure teams, and engineering experts to ensure operational continuity and user satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational documentation in Jira and Confluence
- Monitor PLM‑related IT environments, contribute to system stability, and support basic 3DEXPERIENCE administration activities
- Apply engineering process knowledge and support aerospace PLM workflows within a structured operational framework
