About the position:

We are looking for an experienced Python Software Engineer to join our hardware and software robotics projects. You will contribute to the development of software for robotic systems, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions.





Responsibilities:
- Develop software for robotic stations, supporting libraries and backend services.
- Implement new features based on technical requirements and architectural guidelines.
- Take ownership of assigned software components, including their implementation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on software-hardware integration.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional Python software development experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Linux and Git
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming: multiprocessing, multithreading, coroutines (asyncio)
- Experience with communication protocols: MQTT, WebSocket, TCP/IP, HTTP(S), SSH
- Commercial experience with FastAPI (1+ year)
- Experience with messaging systems:
