About our partner
On behalf of our partner C&A;, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A; is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.
What you'll be doing




- Partake in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a primary focus on the Employee Central (EC) and Compensation modules, including foundation objects, position management, org structures, workflows, compensation planning, and variable pay templates.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure SuccessFactors solutions to meet those needs.
- Support the hiring and onboarding lifecycle in Employee Central, including new hire data model configuration, hiring/rehire workflows, and integration touchpoints with Compensation processes such as offer and starting salary setup.
- Configure and maintain Compensation templates, guidelines, and worksheets to support annual compensation review, merit, and bonus cycles.
- Serve as the technical expert and provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and system integrations.
