In this role, you will partner with Sales Leadership and key stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that improve seller performance, accelerate productivity, and support revenue growth across the business.
About the Role
As a Sales Training Manager, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to Sales Leadership, driving the design and execution of enablement initiatives that increase seller productivity, elevate customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders,



you will identify performance and capability gaps, translate business priorities into targeted enablement strategies, and deliver scalable programs that drive measurable sales outcomes. You will use sales performance insights to identify improvement opportunities and help sellers execute strategic priorities.
