We are looking for a highly motivated HR Administration and Payroll Specialist to join our Europe HR Shared Services team. In this role, you will support payroll and HR administration activities for Italy and Spain , working closely with external payroll providers and internal partners across HR, Finance, and IT. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while contributing to process improvements and a high-quality employee experience across the organization.
This position is part of the Europe HR Shared Services function,



a collaborative team of on-site and remote professionals supporting employees and managers across 16 European countries.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly payroll processing for Italy and Spain in line with payroll calendars and local compliance requirements.
- Prepare and provide payroll instructions to external payroll providers, review results, and validate accuracy.
- Ensure payroll operations are delivered accurately, timely, and in compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
- Coordinate payroll-related tax, social security, pension, and insurance activities and payments.
- Conduct payroll audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve complex issues in partnership with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor performance and service level commitments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy and data protect
