Job Description
As a Technical Cloud Training Expert you are responsible for enabling internal and external stakeholders to understand and successfully use T Cloud Public on an architectural level. You design and deliver trainings that translate complex cloud architectures and product capabilities into understandable and applicable knowledge. You will drive the T Cloud Public Academy to the next level. You want design and deliver technical trainings workshops and enablement sessions for customers partners and internal teams Explain complex cloud architectures concepts and T Cloud Public services in a clear and structured way Develop and maintain training materials hands‑on labs and certification content Enable customers and partners to design and implement architectures based on T Cloud Public Collaborate with Product Management Presales and Engineering to ensure up-to-date and accurate content Support onboarding and continuous learning journeys for different target groups (e.g. developers architects decision makers)



Continuously improve training concepts based on feedback and evolving cloud technologies Act as a technical evangelist for T Cloud Public and represent the product in trainings events or webinars Work in a community where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner Work in a team of technical specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting way.
Qualifications
- Completed studies in computer science engineering or comparable professional training
- 35 years of professional experience in IT ideally in cloud training consulting or architecture roles
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and architectures (IaaS PaaS SaaS)
- Deep knowledge of T Cloud Public or comparable cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP)
- Ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences (from beginner to architect level)
- Experience in designing and delivering technical trainings workshops or enablement formats
- Strong presentat
