In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.
Critical role responsible for delivering the P&C; service for Page Executive, bridging the gap between the PE People Plan and PE business strategy. This role will work collaboratively with key stakeholders within Page Executive and the wider group P&C; resources to ensure alignment on all P&C; initiatives.
The Global People Business Partner will develop and implement HR initiatives and programs and ensure effective P&C; support is provided to the Page Executive brand across multiple locations, globally. A critical success factor within this role will be levering the support of colleagues within the Centres of Expertise and Shared Services to ensure holistic HR delivery.
- Business Partnership: Support Page Executive business leaders, working collaboratively to provide P&C; solutions that support and enable business goals. By understanding the business landscape and objectives, this role helps shape and execute P&C; strategies that address talent needs, promote employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.
