La position
As a Senior Business Analyst you will fill the gap between the Software Asset Management (SAM) team and the technology delivery. You will act as the vital link between SAM functional teams and software engineering. You will translate complex software licensing frameworks, entitlement logic, compliance needs, and asset lifecycle workflows into robust technical specifications, data models, and actionable user stories.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end technical business analysis workstreams,



evaluating SAM tool capabilities, analyzing platform options, and driving the implementation, configuration, and integration of SAM platforms. You will ensure the technology solutions and SAM tools built or deployed directly automate SAM processes, reduce compliance risk, and optimize software spend, while serving as a trusted advisor to both functional leads and engineering teams.
