We are now looking for a Supervisor, Engineering and Maintenance to join our Operations unit.

The Operations unit strengthens Kemira’s operational backbone by optimizing supply chain performance and driving cost efficiency. The unit supports business growth across all segments, enabling business units to focus on delivering their commercial strategies. The Manufacturing organization in the Operations unit ensures safe, efficient, and sustainable production of chemical solutions that meet customer needs across industries. The unit is responsible for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and maintaining high standards in Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality.



Manufacturing plays a key role in driving performance, innovation, and collaboration across global sites.

This position is located on-site in Estella-Lizarre, Navarra, Spain.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Leading and coordinating engineering and maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations

Managing and developing the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Leading or supporting technical projects, hazard analyses, and incident investigations

Planning and executing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance, including shutdowns, to minimize downtime

Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, legal, and Kemira EHSQ standards

Overseeing spare parts, site stores, and contractor services for availability and cost efficiency

Maintaining equipment reliability and accurate use of SAP and site monit
