Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and smart Sales Director. As SD you will be responsible for building, maintaining and managing the SaaS sales strategy & team of the company.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
- Be responsible for the company's sales and revenue forecasting.
- Design and manage the SaaS business development strategy.
- Manage the Sales Team (Key Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives) developing, motivating and retaining them.
- Implement a business development plan collaborating with other company departments.
- Generate leads directly and through partners.
- Close deals with potential customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain a channel of partners.
