JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Engineer with a strong
background in server architecture. The adecuado candidate should have in-depth
knowledge of the market trend and partner with the Product Manager to define
product vision and strategy for the system’s management software products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Define and prioritize next-generation BMC and Redfish features that drive
remote management innovation, automation, security, and operational




efficiency.
* Collaborate with Product Management, Hardware, Firmware, Software, and
Validation teams throughout the design, development, integration, and
validation phases of the product lifecycle.
* Research market trends, customer requirements, competitive offerings, and
emerging technologies to help shape product strategy and go-to-market plans.
* Drive alignment between next-generation hardware capabilities and management
software features to enable differentiated customer solutions.
* Partner with engineering and security teams to enhance platform security
through security-by-design practices, vulnerability management, and
compliance initiatives.
* Support implementation of advanced platform security technologies, including
secure device authentication, Remote Attestation, and component security
frameworks.
* Participate in vulnerability assessment, CVE impact analysis, remediation
planning, and secu
