You will contribute to the product strategy and development of AI-powered capabilities
that transform complex Asset Management processes into scalable, intelligent and
increasingly autonomous workflows.





Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify high-impact operational processes and redesign them around AI,
automation, and human-in-the-loop models.
• Translate complex business processes into product capabilities, workflows and
AI-powered experiences.
• Define and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, risk and
scalability.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, AI and Operations to turn these
opportunities into real products.
• Drive discovery with operational teams, understanding how work is actually
performed, and where the biggest opportunities for transformation exist.
• Establish product principles and governance for AI-powered workflows,
including quality, evaluation, human oversight and risk management.
• Measure impact through operational and business outcomes: automation,
productivity, quality, scalability, speed and customer value.
