The Role
We are looking for a Client Advisor / Sales Assistant to join our team in Palma.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys fashion, people and the art of good service.
You will be the face of LA PRINCIPAL in the store, welcoming clients from around the world,
understanding their individual needs and helping them discover the right pieces from our collection.
You will be responsible for:
Delivering a warm, knowledgeable and highly personalised customer experience.
Building genuine relationships with clients and encouraging long-term loyalty.
Understanding each client's style, needs and preferences and offering thoughtful product recommendations.
Driving sales while maintaining a consultative, never pushy, approach.
Developing a strong knowledge of our brands, collections, fabrics and products.
Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and organisation throughout the store.
Supporting stock management, replenishment and daily store operations.
Contributing to visual merchandising and the overall atmosphere of the store.
Working closely with the team to achieve individual and store sales objectives.
