Revenue Lead — Barcelona
At OLIVER Sports, we're building the next generation of sports performance technology. Our wearable GPS and AI-powered platform helps players, coaches, academies, clubs, leagues and federations make better decisions through data. We work with organizations across Europe, North America and Latin America — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a Revenue Lead to build, lead and scale our commercial engine.
This is a high-impact, CEO-reporting role responsible for driving predictable revenue growth across Sales, Customer Success, Retention and Expansion — while building the processes and operational structure to support our next stage of growth.

What you'll own:
→ Lead the execution of our commercial strategy
→ Manage, coach and develop the sales team
→ Own forecasting, pipeline visibility and revenue performance
→ Drive customer growth through upselling,



renewals and cross-selling
→ Build scalable playbooks and align Sales, Marketing and Customer Success

What we're looking for:
→ 5+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development or Revenue Leadership
→ 2+ years leading commercial teams or revenue operations
→ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
→ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
→ Fluent English
→ Based in Barcelona

Nice to have: experience in SaaS, SportsTech or with clubs, academies, leagues or federations.
