Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success & Operations Manager at Bronze. The person in this role will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant customers, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing product adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring customer performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, and proactively addressing issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
The role also involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to provide feedback, refine processes, and support deployment of new features. The Customer Success & Operations Manager will prepare reports, lead customer meetings, and help standardize best practices across the customer base in both French and English.
Qualifications
Professional fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and ensuring successful product usage.
Operations Management and Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support continuous improvement in restaurant workflows.
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced setting with high ownership and autonomy.
