Job Summary
We are seeking an Agentforce AI Maestro to join our elite European advisory roster under Xenon7's adaptable Maestro Model. This strategic, fractional role combines enterprise Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead high-level technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee production deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.
Rather than a standard full-time commitment, this role provides high-leverage advisory engagements and project-based execution, with the potential to evolve into a full-time principal position as engagements scale.



This is a hands-on technical lead role, not a Salesforce admin position.
A. Agentforce Architecture & System Design
Solution Architecture: Translate complex enterprise business processes into end-to-end agentic workflows (Intent $rightarrow$ Agent $rightarrow$ Context $rightarrow$ Reasoning $rightarrow$ Actions $rightarrow$ Systems $rightarrow$ Outcome).
Core Agent Engineering: Design, configure, and build enterprise agents using Agent Builder, Agentforce Studio, Agent Script / DX, subagent routing, and instructions.
Deterministic Logic Integration: Build robust back-end support using Salesforce Flow, Apex, SOQL, APIs, Named Credentials, and OAuth.
B. Agentic AI & LLM Engineering
Orchestration & Tooling: Implement tool/function calling, structured outputs, multi-step agent workflows, and prompt/context engineering.
Architectural Trade-offs: Evaluate and determine when to leverage LLM reasoning versus determinis
