About the role We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and scale HiBob’s partner ecosystem across EuroWest, with a primary focus on Spain and Portugal.
Spain represents the largest opportunity within the EuroWest region and will be the primary focus of this role. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and growing strategic partners that generate pipeline and drive new business.
This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role where you will play a key role in expanding HiBob’s presence in one of our most important growth markets, working closely with our GTM teams to create a thriving partner channel.
The adecuado candidate combines strong partner development experience with a deep understanding of the Spanish business landscape and an existing network within the HR, consulting, technology, or SaaS ecosystem. You enjoy building relationships, creating new opportunities, and turning partnerships into measurable commercial outcomes.
