What You'll Be Doing

Owning the end-to-end delivery of business referral initiatives across markets, ensuring growth in high-intent B2B signups
Configuring complex campaign mechanics and reward triggers with zero-error execution, ensuring pricing and eligibility are airtight
Designing and running A/B experiments on reward structures and referral flows to optimise the B2B conversion funnel
Working closely with Product, Sales, and Legal to draft accurate in-app communications and ensure T&C; compliance for custom enterprise offers
