Your new role
As Senior Manager Supply Chain, you will define and execute the supply chain strategy for Spain, ensuring reliable product availability while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior Director Finance and Operations Spain, you will play a key role in shaping the local supply chain agenda.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, aligning local priorities with regional and global frameworks
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering engagement, capability growth, and continuous improvement
- Own and drive the Sales & Operations Planning process, enabling strong cross-functional planning and decision-making
- Ensure compliant, efficient, and high-performing supply chain operations, including GDP and audit readiness
- Oversee product lifecycle management,



including launches and discontinuations

In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders and representing Spain in regional governance forums.

Your new department
You will join the Finance and Operations Leadership team, working at the heart of the business to ensure strong operational execution and sustainable growth. As part of the broader EUCAN and General Supply Chain network, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Quality, and Customer Service, as well as external partners such as 3PLs, wholesalers, and logistics providers. This is a highly visible role with significant impact, providing the opportunity to influence strategy, drive innovation, and strengthen supply chain capabilities in a dynamic and evolving environment.
