Pioneering the AI-Driven Content
As an Online Travel Agency, our accommodations' content is critical for the business. As Content Product Manager, you will own the strategy for product content at Stayforlong end to end, making it structured, scalable and impactful across every user-facing surface — from the core browsing experience to search and our conversational experience — working hand in hand with a team of engineers and data scientists.
This is a full-ownership, product-driven role: you are expected to run continuous discovery, make autonomous calls on what to build and why, use data as your default way to settle debates, and bring an experimental, AI-curious mindset to how content is created, enriched and surfaced. You'll act as the connective tissue between Product,



Engineering and the business, ensuring content drives discovery, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), conversion and long-term differentiation — owning the full lifecycle from ingestion and enrichment to exposure.
Own the product roadmap for Content end to end and with full autonomy, defining the domain's vision and keeping it aligned with business goals.
Identify and pilot opportunities to apply AI/LLM technology to content — enrichment, personalization, GEO — and turn them into shipped initiatives, not just experiments.
Partner with SEO, GEO and Search Engine teams to ensure content supports visibility and ranking, and with Engineering, UX and Product Content to raise content quality and user experience.
Improve tooling and workflows to automate enrichment and ensure scalable, structured content management.
Use product and business metrics to evaluate content impact, and make the trade-off calls needed to pri
